Gastón Balatti
I started exploring web development while studying Communication at university. Back then, between classes and assignments, I would sneak in HTML and CSS courses, not knowing that this hobby would turn into my profession.
Today I work as a frontend developer at La Nación, with experience in Svelte, Next.js, and other modern tools from the web ecosystem. I’m passionate about animations and building clean, fast, and accessible interfaces, always striving to keep my projects simple and thoughtfully designed—both in terms of UX and code.
Even though I come from the world of words, I discovered that programming is also a form of communication: organizing ideas, structuring information, and thinking about the other person—the one who will use what I build. I enjoy collaborating, learning, and staying in motion. When I’m not coding, I’m probably researching a new technology, reading about design, or planning a side project.
